1999 Intro­duc­tion of vac­uum technology 

2003 Con­struc­tion of one of the largest ISO Class 7 clean rooms in Switzerland 

2008 Foun­da­tion of a man­u­fac­tur­ing sub­sidiary in Penang, Malaysia 

2011 Acqui­si­tion of the sheet metal pro­cess­ing busi­ness of Styner & Bienz in Büm­pliz / BE 

2018 Acqui­si­tion of Stop­pani AG by investors affil­i­ated with EquityNova
